Everyone’s heard the phrase, “Build it and they will come”. And that used to be the case when it came to creating a successful web presence. But, with the ever-growing amount of online competition, and more importantly, the constant changes in Google’s algorithm, most people abandoned this idea—thinking it no longer worked.
Well, that thinking is kind of true. These days, you can’t just build or create any kind of content, throw it out there, and expect to succeed. However, if you want to build a following that allows you to capture more leads, convert more sales, and influence more people, content is still the key. But, you’ve got to do it right.
You need to have the right content strategy. You need to more precisely target your content to your audience. And, you need to make the commitment to consistently create the right amount of content (a lot of it) to establish yourself as an authority to gain trust with your readers, viewers, and followers. That’s why I say if you build it right, they will come. Being a better content creator is the key to your online success.
In addition to the above, being a better content creator means leveraging the right tools and techniques to help you simplify and speed up the process of consistently generating content so you can achieve your goals. AI is awesome for streamlining and speeding up the content creation process. ChatGPT is a great start, but there are also a lot of other tools that may be a better fit for your situation. We’ll cover all of those here at BetterContentCreator.com.
Of course, you can’t just churn out AI generated posts and paste them into your website. Well, you could, but I wouldn’t recommend it. AI is a great way to start your content creation, but you still need to add your own input and experiences to make that content more original—and to show how you’re a trustworthy authority on your content topic. Again, we’ll give you our tips on how to do that here.
Along with creating the right type of content, you also need to promote you content properly. These days, that means using social media (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)—a lot. We’ll also include our advice on how you should utilize your social media accounts to increase your audience and preferably get more customers.
For now, I just want you to stay positive and remember that creating content will lead to success if you do it right. That’s always been my experience, and it continues to be true for me today.
